58mm Button Badge – artwork guideline

When designing your badge, please remember the dotted line in the image set (55mm) is an imaginary circular non-printing guide. It depicts the wrap around edge of the badge. All artwork on the face must not go beyond this point. Image to be circular and not exceed 638 pixels in diameter.

The area outside of the dotted line is known as the bleed and will appear on the wraparound of the face. When submitting artwork, please include colour to extend past the bleed area at a width of 827 pixels, otherwise it will be the base colour white.

Our customised badges include artwork and full colour printing using a commercial laser printer. Your image will be placed on a metal face, covered by a protective Mylar plastic layer which ensures brilliant print quality and durability. Brand new metal button badge 58mm in size, with a standard metal pin back as shown in photo. Optional plastic clip is available (for 58mm only), if you prefer. Our button badges are designed and made right here on the Sunshine Coast.
